Assembly of a post with a 5/8″ threaded rod, Ozco post base, and padio stones, secured in a 16″ sonotube concrete form set 4 feet deep, fastened with epoxy.

Shipping is free for each pavilion purchase. A delivery team will schedule an appointment to arrive to your home 5-15 days after shipping on a dedicated truck. The shipping company will discuss details with you to ensure it goes smoothly.
While we strive for fairness and customer satisfaction, if you find that your claim falls outside the scope of our written warranty, we encourage you to contact us regardless; we’re committed to assisting you and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
Your pavilion comes with different levels of warranty coverage to ensure long-term satisfaction:
10-Year Coverage: Applies to the primary structure of the Pergola (such as posts, beams, rafters )
2-Year Coverage: Pertains to accessories and any future electrical components.
This warranty is exclusively for the original buyer and is non-transferable. It covers only the amount you paid for the product and is valid only in USA. NORWEH reserves the right to either provide a financial reimbursement capped at the original purchase price or supply a replacement product or component parts, which the customer will be responsible for installing.

Warranty benefits may be put on hold if any financial obligations toward NORWEH remains unfulfilled.
For warranty claims, send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of identifying the defect. Include all essential details and proofs like invoices and photographs for evaluation. Upon approval, the company reserves the right to send replacement parts or refund the item within 30 days.
This written warranty supersedes any previous warranties and agreements. The company won’t be liable for any other replacements or operational losses. This warranty is regulated by the law of Delaware.

To effectively make use of the NORWEH 100 Day Risk-Free trial, the customer is required to fully install and mount the pavilion.
2. Trial Period
Our trial period lasts for 100 days. The trial period starts 10 days after the pavilion has been dispatched from our warehouse.
3. Shipping costs
Please note, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, cancellation and restocking fees should they choose to return the products.
4. No Questions Asked!
If you decide within the trial period that our pavilion isn’t the right fit for you, you’re free to return it. Providing an explanation for your return is not required. We respect your decision, no matter what it may be.

How will my pavilion be delivered, and do I need to be home for it?
Your pavilion arrives in a kit via freight delivery. The delivery company will reach out to you to schedule the final delivery appointment so that you are home to sign for the product. It will loaded of a flat bed truck.
How is the product shipped, and what is the process?
Your pavilion is packed on a pallet and carefully checked by our quality control team. You’ll receive a tracking number and delivery updates after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Can I store these somewhere until I’m ready to build?
Yes, you can store the pavilion in a dry and covered space until installation. Many of our customers will store this in a garage or outside covered by a tarp.

We have pavilions and pergolas. The pavilion comes in 4 roof styles; 2 gable, 3 gable, hip, and double hip. The pergola has a lattice roof open air design.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Our pavilions are built in standard kit sizes but for any custom needs you contact us.
What accessories do you offer?
We offer privacy walls to protect from the weather and neighbours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
Do you offer financing?

All our structures are engineer approved. Permit requirements vary by location; however, the majority of our customers do not need a permit. What do I need to install this on?
Many of our customers will install the pavilion on a solid, level foundation such as concrete, wood decking, or stone pavers. Often a concrete footer is needed. Contact our team to discuss further.
Do your pavilions come with a warranty?
Yes, all pavilions come with a 10 year warranty – our terms and conditions have more information.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers structural defects and material issues. It does not cover damage due to improper installation or weather conditions.
