Step 1 — Measure your bay Measure post-to-post on the pavilion bay where the wall will install. Select the closest length up.
Step 2 — Decide your configuration
Step 3 — Prep Confirm your pavilion is fully installed and your footings are set. Privacy walls install into a completed pavilion, not as part of the initial build.
Step 4 — Install Follow the included manual. Most installations take 2–4 hours per wall for a competent DIYer.
We use CUTEK® Stain, the best-in-class wood protection oil, to keep your Douglas Fir structure looking beautiful for decades—without the typical headaches of wood maintenance.
Unlike regular stains that just coat the surface, CUTEK® penetrates deep into the wood, protecting it from the inside out. This means no peeling, flaking, or cracking—just rich, natural beauty that lasts.
It’s designed for extreme weather and works with the wood, not against it. All you need is a light recoat every 2–3 years to maintain color, or let it naturally silver over time while staying protected. You don’t have to worry about over-applying, the stain will just absorb into the wood and you’ll enjoy doing it!

✅ Stops moisture damage
✅ Prevents warping and splitting
✅ Easy maintenance (no sanding or stripping!)
✅ Highlighting the wood’s natural grain
Disclaimer: Stain colors shown are approximate and may vary from the final result. Actual appearance will differ based on timber grain pattern, texture, lighting conditions, and weathering over time.

Privacy Walls are engineered specifically for NORWEH Pavilion HT and LT structures. The fit, post dimensions, and bracket points are designed around our pavilion specs. We don’t recommend installing on third-party structures.
Yes. Privacy Walls are designed to retrofit. You can add them years after your pavilion is up. The install does not require disassembling the pavilion — only temporarily removing the knee braces on the bay where the wall is going.
The T&G profile creates a solid, sealed face that blocks wind and driving rain on the walled side. Open bays remain open.
Yes, when you select the same stain (Walnut or Black Ash). CUTEK is a penetrating oil stain — both pavilion and privacy wall age the same way over time.
2–4 hours per wall for one person with basic tools. Two people make it faster.
Privacy Walls are attached to your existing pavilion structure. Permit requirements vary by municipality. Check with your local building department.
The wall kit includes all wood, fasteners, and instructions. You’ll need your own drill/driver and a saw to cut the T&G boards to length.
